Visa Appoinment Interview procedure.

To acquire a Non-Immigrant visa to the USA :

Applicants must schedule their appointment for Non-Immigrant Visa interview through TT Services Lanka (TTS) in Colombo.

For this service TT Services Lanka will charge a Non Refundable fee of Rs 550/-
Fax/email applicants can make the payment in Commercial Bank A/C 1480028621.
Mail/Courier applicants must send it by demand draft favoring TT Services Lanka Ltd.
Walk-in applicants can pay by cash or demand draft

Fill the form and attach required Forms and photocopies.
if you submit it through Fax, Email, or Mail/Courier to TT Services,
You will get the appoinment date within 2days.
If you walk-in and submit the appointment will be scheduled for the first available date and the interview appointment letter will be given at the counter.

After getting the appoinment,
Visa Applicants must arrive at the exact time las per Confirmed Appointment Receipt.
If not arrive within 15 minutes of the interview time, appoinment will be cancelled and have
to reapply for an appointment through TTS.

Applicants must bring
Required Bank draft.
Your current Passport valid for atleast 6 months past the expected time of arrival in USA..
Previous Passports.
Original online filled, printed and after signed DS-156 application form.
All males 18 to 45 years old must bring a completed DS-157.
Temporary workers in the U.S. must bring a completed DS-158.
The photograph must be 2"x2" and have a white background. Non-compliant photographs will be rejected,
the applicant will have to reapply;

Any required forms for the visa (I-20, DS-2019, I-797, etc.);

Any additional documentation they deem important to supporting their application. Please see "Required Supporting Documentation" below for more information;

Returning H1B and L1 visa applicants MUST have their most recent pay stub and their recent federal income tax returns;
4. Successful applicants can pick-up their visas the next day at designated pick-up times. We are usually NOT able to print visas on the same day as the interview so please plan your travel accordingly.

Suggested Supporting Documentation You May Bring.
Original birth certificate;
Marriage certificate;
Children's birth certificates;
Personal and business bank statements and bank books;
Deeds to any property owned;
Proof of employment (pay slip, EPF/ETF slips, tax returns);
Proof of education;
Evidence of sponsor or host's legal status in the U.S. (copy of passport, green card or visa);
Financial statements of businesses owned and tax returns;
Travel Itinerary with name of travel agent.
Procedures for Domestic Staff Visas (A-3 AND G-5)

To ensure strict adherence to U.S. law and prevent fraud, all applicants for domestic staff positions must provide the following additioanl information:

Date of Employer's Arrival in the United States;
Date of Employer's Expected Departure from the United States;
Names & Visa Information of Domestic Staff presently employed;
Names & Visa Information of all previously employed Domestic Staff
Proof Domestic Staff was paid according to U.S. law;
Information concerning Businesses or Individuals who arranged employment contracts;

Domestic Staff Applicant's Work History with Reference Letters;
Employment Contract signed by both Employer and Applicant.
Failure to provide this information and/or prior complications with previously employed Domestic Staff will result in significant delays due to the need to conduct thorough reviews of all such applications.

Cases involving serious concerns, or possible fraud, will require investigation and may take several months to process.
